The service

  • RECON aggregates publicly available data and presents derived intelligence.
  • Data is provided "as is".
  • Scores are heuristic signals, not guarantees.

Subscriptions

  • Pro is billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
  • Cancel anytime - access continues to the end of the billing period.
  • 7-day refund on your first payment.

Acceptable use

  • Don't use RECON to violate the underlying sources' terms.
  • Don't use RECON for unlawful surveillance.
  • We respect every source's rate limits and terms.
